London Waterproofing Solutions customer focus rewarded at trade body event

A company which specialises in waterproofing projects across London has secured a trade body accolade for its commitment to customer service.
London Waterproofing Solutions achieved Highly Commended at the Property Care Association’s (PCA) Best Practice Awards, held at The Slate, University of Warwick.
A record number of entries were received for the trade association’s awards this year.
The winners were selected by an independent panel of three judges, Dr Hector Atlamirano, a building scientist for UCL, Paul Cribbens, Standards Manager at NHBC and Ray Ferris, Head of Compliance and Standards for the Government-endorsed scheme for trades in and around the home, TrustMark.
Stephen Hodgson, Chief Executive of the PCA, said: “The judges were impressed by London Waterproofing Solution’s formal code of ethics and clear position to put the customer first.”
London Waterproofing Solutions has its headquarters in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, with all its work carried out in the capital.
Peter Barber, the Managing Director of London Waterproofing Solutions, said: “We are all absolutely delighted to win this accolade.
