10 Year Guarantee

We endeavour to install our waterproofing systems to the highest quality and one key advantage of a cavity drain waterproofing systems is it can be tested before signing off.

On completion of a waterproofing installation, and receipt of the final balance, we will issue a comprehensive 10 year installation guarantee. If you sell the property during the guarantee period, we will not charge for transfer of the guarantee, simply hand over the documentation to the new owner.

We also offer the option of an insurance backed guarantee through QANW. These are always recommended and are available for a one off
premium payable once the works are complete. QANW administer all policies directly and may charge to transfer to a new owner when selling the property.
